Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held the first online working meeting in the new year 2023, which passes under the motto “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar” with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A.Yazmyradov, who supervises the agro-industrial complex and khyakims of velayats to consider the issues connected with seasonal agricultural activities in the country.

The first floor was given to khyakim of Akhal velayat Ya. Gurbanov, who reported on the issues related to the condition of the cultivated areas in the velayat and measures taken within the framework of the program of social-economic development of the country. 

As was noted, the care of wheat fields and ploughing and levelling of fields to be sown with cotton are carried out in accordance with agro-technical standards. 

The machinery and equipment, which will be operated in the upcoming agricultural season, are put in order. Preparation for the season of early ripening potato, other vegetable and gourds crops is carried out. 

The khyakim also reported on efforts made to ensure proper functioning of heating systems, regular supply of water, power energy and natural gas. 

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that conduction of seasonal field campaigns in accordance with agro-technical rules is the requirement of today and gave the khyakim a number of instructions.

Besides it, the head of the state drew the attention to necessity of organization of the proper care of wheat fields and strict control over agricultural activities.

The khyakim was also instructed to keep control over construction of various projects planned within the framework of socio-economic development program of the country for 2022–2028 and the national rural development program.

Then, khyakim of Balkan velayat T.Atahallyev reported on the pace of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the western velayat, in particular, on the care of wheat fields.

It was informed that the care of wheat fields is carried out in accordance with agro-technical standards and fields to be sown with cotton are ploughed and levelled. The machinery and equipment are also repaired.

As was pointed out, measures are taken to harvest sugar beet and prepare for sowing of early ripening potato, other vegetable and gourd crops.

Besides it, the velayat makes due efforts to ensure proper functioning of heating systems and regular water, power energy and natural gas supply in residential and other social buildings as well as to realize successfully the goals envisaged in programs of socio-economic development of the country.

Having heard the report, the head of the state underlined significance of seasonal agricultural campaigns and gave the khyakim a number of instructions for proper organization of the care of wheat fields.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also instructed the head of the velayat to keep control over the ploughing and levelling of fields to be sown with cotton and harvest of sugar beet.

Having made an emphasis on importance of successful implementation of the goals outlined in the socio-economic development program of the country 2022–2028 , the head of the state gave the khyakim instructions to increase the pace of construction of social projects, the commissioning of which is planned for this year.

The online working meeting continued with the report of khyakim of Dashoguz velayat N.Nazarmyradov on the course of seasonal work in the northern velayat of the fatherland. 

At present, in agricultural fields, the due care of wheat is ensured in accordance with agro-technical stands and fields to be sown with cotton are ploughed and levelled. 

On the eve of the upcoming season, machinery and equipment are repaired and preparation work for sowing of early ripening potato, other vegetable and gourd crops is carried out. 

In the velayat, a strict control is ensured over the functioning of heating, water, power energy and natural gas supply systems. Proper measures are carried out to solve issues outlined in socio-economic development programs of the country.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out a significant role of agriculture in the national economy. Having underlined the necessity to ensure well-organized and high quality ploughing and levelling of fields to be sown with cotton this spring, the head of Turkmenistan gave the khyakim specific instructions.

Besides it, he was instructed to control the care of wheat fields and prepare for sowing of early ripening of potato, other vegetable and gourd crops in accordance with agro-technical standards. 

The head of the state instructed the khyakim to keep control over construction of projects envisaged within the framework of the national redevelopment program.

Then, khyakim of Lebap velayat Sh.Amangeldiev reported on agricultural activities carried out in the fields of the velayat and fulfilment of goals outlined in the socio-economic development program of the country.

As was marked, nowadays measures to ensure care of wheat fields and ploughing and levelling of fields to be sown with cotton are carried out in accordance with agro-technical standards and repair of machinery and equipment, which will be used in the upcoming season and preparation for sowing of early ripening potato, other vegetable and gourd crops also continue. 

Besides it, the information on measures taken to ensure proper work of heating systems in residential and other social projects and water, power and natural gas supply was also delivered. 

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov drew attention to the current seasonal agricultural activities, in particular, ploughing, levelling of fields under cotton as well as preparation for sowing of potation and other vegetable and gourds crops, and gave the khyakim a number of instructions.

The head of the state instructed him to keep control over the care of wheat fields in accordance with agro-technical standards. 

Besides it, the President of Turkmenistan noted that one should attach special attention to the course of construction of social projects built within the framework of the socio-economic development program of the country.

Further, khyakim of Mary velayat D.Annaberdiev reported on the pace of agricultural campaigns in the velayat and preparation for the spring sowing.

As was pointed out, nowadays the ploughing and levelling of fields to be sown with cotton are carried out and repair of machinery and equipment for the upcoming season is carried out in according with the plan.

Measures are taken to ensure proper care of wheat fields in accordance with agro-technical standards and harvest sugar beet and prepare for sowing of early ripening potato, other vegetable and gourd crops. 

In addition to it, the khyakim also reported on issues of proper work of heating systems in residential buildings, schools and nursery schools, regular supply of power energy, water and natural gas to population of the velayat.

Having heard the report, the head of the state marked significance of agricultural activities carried out for the upcoming season, in particular, ploughing and levelling of fields to be sown with cotton as well as preparation of machinery and equipment. 

Having underlined necessity of observation of agro-technical standards in the care of wheat fields as well as proper preparation for sowing of potato, other vegetable and gourds crops, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave the khyakim a number of instructions.

Having pointed out importance of successful implementation of tasks outlined in the socio-economic development program of the country, the head of the state instructed him to keep the course of construction activities in the velayat under a strict control.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A.Yazmyradov reported on the pace of agricultural campaigns in the country as well as measures taken to strengthen the material and technical basis of the sector.

As was noted, according to the relevant Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the machinery purchased for the agricultural sector of the country has arrived. 

Nowadays, the care of wheat fields, in particular, vegetation irrigation and application for mineral fertilizers are carried out. 

With a view of obtaining a high yield of cotton and other agricultural crops due measure are taken to prepare fields for the spring sowing and cotton growers are supplied with high quality seeds. In addition to it, the machinery and equipment are prepared for the upcoming season.

Along with that, necessary measures are taken at present to prepare fields for sowing in accordance with the production plan to supply population with potato, vegetable, gourds, and other crops. 

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted a significant role of the agricultural sector in the national economy and underlined that one should carry out current agro-technical activities, especially care of wheat fields in accordance with agro-technical standards. 

the head of the state stressed that every necessary measure should be taken to prepare fields for cotton sowing and proper repair of machinery and equipment, and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers a number of instructions.

Addressing the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers who oversees the agricultural sector and khyakims of velayats, the President of Turkmenistan instructed them to keep a strict control over the agro-technical standards in agricultural activities in particular, in the care of wheat fields and cotton sowing. The head of the state also emphasized the necessity of improvement of tenant relations, which are one of the most important issues of today and gave relevant instructions.
