In order to fulfill plans for exports of Turkmen electricity to foreign countries, as well as to continue cooperation between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan in the electrical energy industry, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the State Electric Corporation “Türkmenenergo” of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan to conclude, in accordance with the relevant Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan, additional agreements to extend the validity of contracts concluded with the Company “Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat” for supplying electricity from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, as well as setting the volume and price of the electricity to be supplied.

The document instructs the Ministry of Energy to prepare within a month, jointly with the Ministry of Adalat, and submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on introducing amendments and addenda arising from this Decree to the legislation of Turkmenistan.

In order to scientifically study during the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State the rich and valuable literary heritage of Magtymguly Pyragy, the great thinker and classical poet of the East, who entered the golden treasury of world literature, the philosophical world embodied in his poetry, and the great influence he had on the life of the Turkmens in the 18^th-19^th centuries, reveal the inextricable connection of his work with the scientific and cultural life of the Turkmen people and the whole East through modern digital technologies, draw the attention of the international scientific and literary community to his poetic world, as well as in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan of February 12, 2021 “On the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the birth of great thinker and classical poet of the East Magtymguly Fragi”, and to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Pyragy on the international scale, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, having approved the Plan of upcoming events on the occasion of the grand festive events on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of great thinker and classical poet of the East Magtymguly Pyragy.

The document instructs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Academy of Sciences, the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, the Turkmen State Publishing Service, the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, as well as other relevant ministries and sectoral departments to ensure the implementation of the activities outlined in the Plan.

In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan “On Land” and the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan of March 18, 2016 “On the issues of regulating land relations in Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order, instructing to abolish the right to use land plots by legal entities, to provide for use the land plots used by them under agreements of these entities, as well as to provide land plots for use by the relevant state enterprises and institutions.

The document instructs the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Preservation, jointly with the Khyakimliks of the Akhal and Balkan Velayats, to register in the prescribed manner the documents on abolishing the right to use land plots, as well as on the provision of land plots for use.
