By the Decree issued by President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”, Junior Counselor of Justice Chorliev Polat Halymberdievich was discharged from the post of Dyanev Etrap Prosecutor, Lebap Velayat.

In accordance with the relevant Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan, in order to monitor and accept facilities and buildings, the construction of which has been completed in the new modern administrative center of the Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order. According to the document, an Interdepartmental Commission was set up to accept the above facilities and buildings and monitor their compliance with the construction standards of Turkmenistan, international standards and requirements, and approving its members.
