Under the wise leadership of deeply esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the Era of Revival of the Epoch of the Powerful State, the peace-loving foreign policy based on the status of permanent neutrality of our country is successfully realized. Our country committed to principles of neutrality inherited from our ancestors, further develops equal cooperation with world countries and international organizations.

As a result of exemplary activity, implemented by esteemed President, our Arkadagly Serdar, the status of neutrality of Turkmenistan becomes an active tool for ensuring peace, stable development in the world and region. The concept “Dialogue –guarantee of peace”, set forward by independent permanent neutral Turkmenistan, creates wide opportunities for further augmentation of the international authority of our native fatherland.

Taking into account a great personal contribution to the strengthening of independence and permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, augmentation of the high authority of our fatherland in the international community, realization of the peace-loving foreign policy, implementation of global international programs, development of relations with foreign countries and international organizations, as well as distinctive services in safeguarding the interests of our country, augmentation of its authority further improvement of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan and in honour of International Day of Neutrality, the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan enacts:
