In accordance with Articles 25, 54, 72, 73 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court, I hereby resolve to:

appoint Saryev Annamyrad Geldimyradovich the Judge of the Ashgabat City Court, include him in the Presidium of the Ashgabat City Court, discharging him from the position of Chairman of the Bayramali City Court, the Mary Velayat;

appoint Allakov Serdar Rozymyratovich the Judge of the Tejen District Court, Akhal Velayat, releasing him from the post of Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Tejen District Court, Akhal Velayat;

appoint Jumaev Maksat Charyevich the Judge of the Turkmenbashy District Court, Balkan Velayat;

appoint Oratdyev Maksat Muhommetmyradovich the Judge of the Dashoguz City Court, Dashoguz Velayat and confer the 5th qualification class on him;

appoint Gurbandurdyev Gurt Amandurdyevich the Judge of the Mary City Court, Mary Velayat;

appoint Mammedov Ovezmyrat Gayipovich the Judge of the Bayramali City Court, Mary Velayat, releasing him from the post of Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Darganata District Court, Lebap Velayat;

appoint Pirnepesov Charynepes Pirnepesovich the Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Yoloten District Court, Mary Velayat and confer the 5th qualification class on him;

release Babaev Dovlet Atamyradovich from the post of Judge of the Balkan Velayat Court;

release Hudayberdiev Guvanch Genjibayevich from the post of Judge of the Gyzylarbat District Court, Balkan Velayat;

release Babaniyazov Chaly Ovliyagulyevich from the post of Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Gyzylarbat District Court, Balkan Velayat;

release Bayryev Nurgeldi Bekmyradovich from the post of Judge of the Koytendag District Court, Lebap Velayat.
