In order to hold high-level international events on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, according to which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is instructed to ensure the high-level organization of the International Conference “Dialogue – Guarantee of Peace” on December 11, 2022 in Ashgabat city.

In order to further develop and comprehensively strengthen the multifaceted relations and constructive partnership between Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey, based on the principles of good neighborliness and mutual understanding, and to hold a high-level trilateral Summit of the heads of state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree.

According to the document, the Department of the President’s Office is assigned, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to ensure the high-level organization of the trilateral Summit of the heads of state of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey in the Avaza National Tourist Zone on December 13-14, 2022.
