The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorising the khyakimlik of Akhal velayat to make a contract with the economic society «Täze jaý» for designing, building, equipping, and neighbourhoods improvement of the 3,000-capacity building «Türkmeniň ak öýi» and 3,000-capacity buildings for sadaka in «Nowruz ýaýlasy», Ak bugday etrap, including building of the inlet highway, purchasing of the relevant specialised transport vehicles. The project implementation terms are November 2016 - October 2017. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the institutional structure of the central office of the State National Service «Turkmenhowayollary», and also the Statute of the Service. According to the document, the State National Service «Turkmenhowayollary» was assigned, in the order established, to rename the departmental enterprise «Governmental aircraft» into «Governmental aviation group» and develop and approve its Charter and Regulations. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations on the compulsory state insurance of civil-law responsibility of transport facilities owners (carriers) before the third parties (third party liability). While registering, conducting checkups of vehicles, introducing amendments into registration, the Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and other state structures are obliged to keep control over making contracts by the transport facilities owners for the compulsory state insurance of civil-law responsibility of transport facilities owners (carriers) before the third parties (third party liability). *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution «On announcing the competition among the workers of literature, culture and art, amateur young singers and gifted children for the award of the President of Turkmenistan« Turkmenin Altyn asyry». The winners of the contest will be defined by the established nominations. Within the scope of the competition, also the competition of young amateur singers «Ýaňlan, Diýarym! » and competition among talented children « Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri» were announced.
