By the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Public Prosecution of Turkmenistan”, the following were appointed:

1^st class lawyer Pygamov Serdar Italmazovich – deputy public prosecutor of Ashgabat city;

2^nd class lawyer Annaberdiyev Mukhammetmyrat Ovezmuhammedovich –public prosecutor of Yoloten district of Mary region;

In connection with expiry of the terms of office, the following were dismissed:

Junior councilor of justice Annamuhammedov Batyr Kakamyradovich was dismissed from the post of deputy public prosecutor of Ashgabat city;

Junior councilor of justice Bekmyradov Dovran Abdyllayevich was dismissed from the post of public prosecutor of Akdepe district of Dashoguz region;

Junior councilor of justice Haytbayev Serdar Mametnazarovich was dismissed from the post of public prosecutor of Serhetabat district of Mary region;

Junior councilor of justice Matjanov Dovran Myradovich was dismissed from the post of public prosecutor of Yoloten district of Mary region.
