President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent congratulations to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov and the entire Tatar people on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the creation of the World Congress of Tatars and the successful start of its VIII Congress.

Noting that the World Congress of Tatars is of particular importance in the preservation and development of the rich culture of the Tatar people, as well as the rapprochement of representatives of Tatar communities from all over the world, the head of state expressed confidence that the current VIII Congress would also make a special contribution to the preservation and development cultural traditions of the Tatar people.
