President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Peru, Pedro Castillo, and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Peru.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect and mutual trust, the head of state noted, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that cooperation between our countries would continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of state expressed his sincere wishes to President Pedro Castillo for good health, happiness and well-being, and to the people of the Republic of Peru for further progress and prosperity.
