In order to further improve the management of the Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree instructing to establish a new modern city khyakimlik, the administrative center of the Akhal Velayat.
The document also instructs the Hyakimlik of the Akhal Velayat, jointly with the Ministry of Justice and other relevant ministries, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan a draft structure of the hyakimlik of the above city and proposals on its staffing.
