By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, in order to ensure the construction and commissioning at a high quality level of the new modern administrative center of the Akhal Velayat, the State Committee was established for the construction of the center of the Akhal Velayat.

According to the document, the State Committee for the Construction of the Center of Akhal Velayat, jointly with the Ministry of Justice and other relevant ministries of Turkmenistan, were ordered to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan draft Regulations on the State Committee for the Construction of the Center of Akhal Velayat, the structure of the Central Office of the Committee, proposals on the amount of monthly salaries of managers of the Committee, the staffing of the central office of the Committee, as well as on the introduction of amendments and addenda to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Decree.
