In order to continue in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, support from the state of the rapidly developing private sector of the national economy of Turkmenistan, providing highly educated qualified specialists to businesses based on innovation at a new stage of market relations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution instructing the Central Bank to provide a loan to the Joint Stock Commercial “Rysgal” Bank for lending to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in order to finance the construction of a higher educational institution of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in the city of Ashgabat.

The document prescribes to start construction work in April 2022 and to hand over the facility in full readiness for operation in September 2025.
