In accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, as well as Article 7 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan", the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the resignation of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in full force before the newly elected President of Turkmenistan was accepted, and also prescribed to the resigned members of the Cabinet Ministers of Turkmenistan to continue the performance of their official duties until the formation of a new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
