In order to successfully implement the investment projects of our country, complete the construction of large facilities and structures for industrial and social purposes, scheduled for commissioning in 2022, on time and at a high quality level, create new jobs in the regions, as well as further improve the social living conditions and material well-being of citizens, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, the hyakims of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat to implement control over the completion of the construction on time and with high quality and commissioning in 2022 of the relevant large facilities and structures for industrial and social purposes.

The Ministry of Construction and Architecture was instructed to strengthen control over the quality of the construction of relevant large facilities and structures for industrial and social purposes, as well as, in accordance with the deadlines, set the dates for their commissioning by months and ensure that these dates are included in the monthly schedules for events and the opening of facilities of the social-cultural destination.

According to the document, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, together with the hyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, was ordered to draw up a monthly report on the progress of the construction of the above facilities and structures in accordance with the schedule and submit it respectively to the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
