On conferring the honorary title “Honored Artist of Turkmenistan”

In the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State, workers of culture and art are carrying out selfless and hard work to make a great contribution to popularizing at a high level the grandiose successes and achievements of our country, increasing the prestige of our state in the world scene, and widely revealing the essence and content of the ongoing reforms.

For a significant contribution to development of the song and musical art of Independent Neutral Turkmenistan, taking into account the great services to the state and people with their high performing and professional skills, many years of diligent and creative work, I issue the Decree on

conferring the honorary title “Honored Artist of Turkmenistan” on:the following workers of culture of our country:

Khaidarov Serdar Amangeldievich, the highest category musician in the variety and symphony orchestra “Türkmen äheňleri” of the creative team of the State Circus of Turkmenistan,

Aliyev Aly Tachgulyevich, a specialist for work with children and adolescents at the Cultural Center, the Bereket Etrap Culture Department, Balkan Velayat,

Oramadov Azat Amanmuhammedovich, an accompanist at the House of Bakhshi in the city of Mary, Mary Velayat.
