In order to continue the work being carried out in the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State to develop culture and art in our country, as well as to encourage creative workers, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the Ministry of Textile Industry to conclude a contract with the State Enterprise “Dokmahyzmat” for the design and construction of a well-equipped cultural center “Dokmaçylar” of this Ministry along the Seydi metropolitan street with the neighborhood improvement.

The document instructs to launch the construction project in February 2022 and commission the facility fully ready to use in February 2024.
