For the purpose of further improvement of highways in our country in the epoch of power and happiness, I decree:

1. To create a State Agency for the Road Construction Management.

2. To determine the State Agency for the Road Construction Management as the legal successor of the Turkmenawtoyollary State Concern, affiliated to the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan # 477 “On the transformation of the Turkmenawtoyollary State Concern” dated January 29, 2019.

3. The State Agency for Road Construction Management, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, the khyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, together with the Adalat Ministry of Turkmenistan, within a month to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan being subsequent upon this Decree.

4. To invalidate the 2^nd and 3^rd Parts of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan # 477 “On the transformation of the Turkmenawtoyollary State Concern” dated January 29, 2019 (Article 966 of the 1st Collection of Acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan for 2019).
