In order to implement the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1160 dated March 4, 2019 “On the construction of a new modern administrative center of Akhal velayat”, as well as to enhance the architectural and urban beauty of this center, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the relevant enterprises, institutions and organizations that are customers to:

– in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1377 of August 23, 2019, No. 1487 of November 8, 2019, No. 1506 of November 25, 2019, No. 1765 of May 15, 2020, and No. 2227 of April 16, 2021, conclude supplementary agreements to the running contracts for the design and construction of buildings and facilities in the new modern administrative center of Akhal velayat with the improvement of surrounding areas, for the extension of a term for the commissioning of facilities being built under these contracts fully ready to operate until December 2022;

– conclude contracts with local construction enterprises for the completion of the remaining outstanding works at the relevant buildings and facilities under construction in the new modern administrative center of Akhal velayat.
