President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Articles 54, 56 and 72 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court”, have issued decrees to:

appoint Begjanov Yusup Nurmammedovich Judge of the Kopetdag District Court, the City of Ashgabat, relieving him of the post of Judge of the Berkararlyk District Court, the City of Ashgabat;

appoint Saparov Dayanch Arazbayevich Judge of the Balkanabat City Court, Balkan Velayat and confer the 5th qualification category on him;

appoint Mammedov Begench Annaevich Judge of the Magtymguly District Court, Balkan Velayat and confer the 5th qualification category on him;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Charyev Parahat Sylapberdievich from the post of Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Bagtiyarlyk District Court, the City of Ashgabat;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Nuryagdyeva Ogulsapar Amangeldievna of the post of Judge of the Akhal Velayat Court;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Hangeldiev Merdan Jumamyradovich of the post of Deputy Chairman of the Balkan Velayat Court;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Kurbandurdyev Azat Hudayberdievich of the post of Deputy Chairman of the Balkanabat City Court, Balkan Velayat;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Tyrrykov Rovshen Sapargeldievich of the post of Judge of the Balkanabat City Court, Balkan Velayat;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Yomutbaev Meylis Amangeldievich of the post of Judge of the Magtymguly District Court, Balkan Velayat;

due to the expiration of the term of office, relieve Baidjaev Yalkapberdi Muhammetnazarovich of the post of Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Yoloten District Court, Mary Velayat.
