President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in order to further increase the world fame of Turkmen Alabays, the development and improvement of national dog breeding, enacted:

1. To celebrate the Turkmen Alabay Day annually on the last Sunday of October.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, together with the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri" to ensure the Turkmen Alabay Day is celebrated at the high organizational level.

3. Ministries and sectoral departments, hyakimliks of velayats and the city of Ashgabat to provide assistance in holding the Turkmen Alabay Day in a solemn atmosphere.

4. The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, together with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan, shall, within a month, prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Decree.

5. To recognize as invalid the second-fourth parts of Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 810 dated February 25, 2021 "On the establishment of the Turkmen Alabay Day" (Article 1791 of the 2nd collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan for 2021).
