President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in the epoch of power and happiness in order to honor the conscientious and self-sacrificing work of the employees of the complex for the development of the spheres of construction, energy, utilities and industry of our country, to increase the volume of products and services rendered on the basis of scientific and technical innovations, and to achieve new heights, enacted:

1. To establish the Day of Workers of the Construction and Industrial Complex and celebrate this holiday annually on August 6.

2. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern, as well as the khyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat to ensure a conduct of the Day of Workers of the Construction and Industrial complex at a high organizational level.

3. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production and Türkmenhimiýa Public Concern together with the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan within a period of one month to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan amendments proposed to the legislation of Turkmenistan on changes and additions arising from this Decree.
