Following the age-old traditions of good-neighborliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to provide medical assistance to Afghanistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to donate medicines and medical supplies to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid.
The Resolution authorizes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure the dispatch and transfer of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
