We have attained this enormous success in the modern epoch thanks to courageous grain growers, tenant farmers, who are true masters of their craft, private producers, machine operators, and agricultural scientists, making massive efforts to grow and harvest wheat crops without loss through the effective and dedicated work of each and every person.

As our independent country advances towards new heights of progress today, we are implementing wide-ranging reforms to develop the agricultural industry and transform it into one of the most profitable sectors. The state provides Turkmen farmers with everything needed to ensure their productive labor, happy and prosperous life as well as to help them to achieve their high performance targets.
We are effectively working towards the fundamental modernization and accelerated development of the country’s agricultural sector and farmland improvement. The ongoing far-reaching, radical reforms in our independent country, proper care and concern for the beloved people’s welfare and their constructive labor stand as ample testimony to the successful implementation of our general policy guided by the principle “The State – for Man!”

You are working hard and diligently, raising high yields of grain, cotton and other crops on fertile Turkmen land. Through your noble efforts, the advanced farming practices passed down to us by our ancestors are being enriched with innovative methods, along with other segments of the sector, and the domestic wheat farming industry has seen outstanding achievements.
In the modern epoch of our beloved Motherland, which is steadily advancing towards new heights of progress, wide-ranging efforts are being made to grow heavy crops while stimulating the agricultural sector, purchasing high-capacity agri-machinery from world’s leading manufacturers on a regular basis, keeping agri-producers well supplied with effective mineral fertilizers, and introducing the latest scientific advancements. We are proud of the high production targets our farmers have reached thanks to these successful efforts. The fundamental reforms underway in the sector facilitate the development of specialized production, including grain farming, and promote the improvement of the rural population’s living standards.
I am firmly convinced that you will do your best to harvest the crops grown thanks to your inspirational work and the comprehensive measures being taken in the agricultural sector, and will prepare properly for a new planting season.
