The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution assigning to hold the Week of Culture on June 22 – 27, 2022 in Mary Region for development of national culture, song and music, theatre, cinematographic and visual art, television, radio, cultural and educational establishment, printing and publishing sphere, study of art heritage, stimulation of art personnel to create new works, improvement of quality of modern services to our consolidated people by cultural sphere as well as holding of the Day of Cultural and Art Personnel and the Day of Magtumguly Fragi Poetry.

Organization committee for holding of the Day of Culture on high level has been established and its composition has been approved according to the document.

The Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the State Committee for Television, Radiobroadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, Turkmen Publishing Service, State News Agency of Turkmenistan and administration of Mary Region are assigned to provide organization of cultural events in various arts and art creativity and their wide coverage in mass media under the Week of Culture.

For further intensification of activity for strengthening of the population’s health and prevention of infectious diseases in the epoch of might and happiness, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry to sign contract with China National Biotec Company Limited (Sinofarm) (The People’s Republic of China) on procurement of 1,500,000 dozes of COVID-19 vaccine.
