The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the “Türkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency to conclude a contract with the Eastwind Closed Joint Stock Company (Russian Federation) for the purchase, delivery, installation of equipment and software for the modernization and expansion of the automated billing system (Billing) and provision of technical support to the "Altyn Asyr" Closed Joint Stock Company.
