According to the Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan:

Arslan Durdyev was relieved of his post as the khyakim of Mary Etrap, Mary Velayat for shortcomings in his work;

Saparmyrat Gylydzhov was appointed as the khyakim of Mary Etrap, Mary Velayat.
