To properly meet the demands of the population of Turkmenistan for motor traffic, to provide quality-of-transport and transportation services improvements to the passengers, as well as in pursuance of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Motor Transport”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Rules of passenger and luggage handling by motor transport vehicles. *** To promote implementation of Laws of Turkmenistan “On Licensing of Separate Activities”, “On the Insurance”, and “On the Securities Market”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations on licensing the insurance activity, as well as the Regulations on licensing the professional activity at the securities market.
