The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Turkmen side’s composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Indian Commission for trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations of the Unified Register of Motor Roads, as well as the Regulations for assignment of identification numbers to motor roads. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on establishing a wholesale price for cement manufactured in Turkmenistan and realized in the domestic market at 175 manats per ton (including VAT). The document assigns the Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan jointly with the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan to prepare and submit for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan proposals on introducing the Resolution-associated amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan within one-month time space. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, having authorized to hold an international beauty show of Akhalteke horses in Ashgabat on April 24, 2015 on the occasion of Turkmen Horse Day, as well as contests among artists, sculptors, carpet weavers, jewelers, photographers, workers of publishing offices, designers, camera operators for artistic depiction of their beauty in works of fine, decorative and applied arts, printed materials, photographs and on TV channels. The document also approved the judges of the within-said contests. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Myrat Rejepovich Artykov was given an admonition. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work, Minister of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan Vepa Serdarovich Abdylhekimov was severely reprimanded and warned that failure to correct the shortcomings as soon as possible would result in his dismissal. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work, Minister of Finance of Turkmenistan Muhammetguly Atamuhammedovich Muhammedov was given a severe reprimand. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work, Minister of Labor and Social Security of the Population of Turkmenistan Bekmyrat Meshrepovich Shamyradov was given a severe reprimand. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work, Lebap velayat khyakim Muhammet Hudainazarovich Joraev was severely reprimanded. *** By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, for the improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work, Mary velayat khyakim Byashim Durdyevich Annagurbanov was given a severe reprimand.
