The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan to conclude the contract with the «Nokat kompýuter» Business Company for creating the integrated electronic library system in central libraries of the velayats, etraps and cities under the authority of the Ministry, procurement and installation of the necessary equipment, materials and software, establishment a network between the central libraries and training the personnel. According to the document the works are due to commence in April 2015 and the integrated electronic library system is to be put into operation in June 2016. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on assigning the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan and the State Marine and River Transport Service of Turkmenistan to change the organization-legal form of the Turkmen Maritime Administration under the authority of the above-stated Service and reorganize it into the «Deňiz söwda floty» (Merchant Marine) Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure. *** By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan a severe reprimand was issued to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Taganov Palvan Gylychdurdyevich for improper execution of his official duties and shortcomings in the work.
