The Ukases of the President of Turkmenistan sanctioned the following appointments: Nazarguly Shagulyev – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus (Minsk); Atamyrat Gurbandurdyevich Rejepalyev – khyakim of Archabil etrap, Ashgabat city; relieved of the position of deputy khyakim of Archabil etrap, Ashgabat city. *** The Resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan sanctioned the following appointments: Ashyrmyrat Musakovich Ovezov – deputy khyakim of Bereket etrap, Balkan velayat; Behirguly Omarmammedovich Begenjov – deputy khyakim of Etrek etrap, Balkan velayat; Bairamgeldi Atageldievich Ovezov – deputy khyakim of Turkmenkala etrap, Mary velayat; Agayusup Velievich Charyev – deputy khyakim of Yoloten etrap, Mary velayat; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus (Minsk) Nazarguly Shagulyev – Permanent Plenipotentiary Representative of Turkmenistan at authorized and other agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
