The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase “On decorating with state awards in honor of International Women’s Day”. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on conferring the “Ene Myahri” honorable title of Turkmenistan on the mothers who gave birth and brought up eight and more children. *** By the Ukase of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan Lieutenant Colonel Dovrangeldi Garyagdyevich Bairamov is promoted to the military rank of Colonel. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan on behalf of the ministries and sectoral agencies related to the Complex of Construction, Energy and Communal Facilities, as a general customer to make contracts with the private enterprise - “Ojar Aziýa” and “Türkmen ýaýlasy” Economic Association for designing and constructing two four-story 30-apartment and two four-story 40-apartment modern residential buildings (neighborhoods improvement inclusive) with a shop on the first floor, surface parking lots, sheltered areas for holding social events, children’s playgrounds and sports grounds in the capital’s residential area Keshi.
