President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference session with the participation of the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat as well as number of leaders of law enforcement structures. During the session, priority objectives of social and economic development of the country including those related to the realization of National reformation programme, measures for preparation of the celebration of coming remarkable dates, draft of some documents and other important issues of the state life were reviewed.

According to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Colonel Meylis Nobatov was released from the post of the Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan due to the transfer to another work and Major Mergen Gurdov, previously working as the Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service was appointed as the Head of this Service.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent his deep condolences to President of the Republic of Iraq Fuad Masum in connection with the earthquake which caused human victims, mutilation and large scale destructions.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent his deep condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani in connection with the earthquake which occurred in the western region of the country and caused numerous human victims, mutilation and large scale destructions.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent his warm congratulations and best regards to Borut Pahor in connection with his re-election to the post of the President of Republic of Slovenia.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov chaired a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the issues of the state economic and social policy.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ahmet Annamuhamedov was released from the post of the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Deputy Board Chairman of the Pension Fund – the Director of the Pension Fund of Turkmenistan for significant deficiencies in work and commitment of the misdemeanour incompatible with the position of the leader.

According to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, serious reprimands were addressed for unsatisfactory performance of duties and deficiencies in work with the last warning on correction of the deficiencies in the shortest possible time to Head of Turkmenhowayollary Service Dovran Saburov and to Board Chairman of the State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs Rahymberdy Jepbarov.

During working trip to Balkan Velayat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected the construction of new International seaport in the city of Turkmenbashy.
