President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular vide conference session with the participation of the Chairperson of the Mejlis, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, hyakims of the velayats and the capital. Different matters of the state life, development of the regions as well as the course of agricultural works have been reviewed at the session. Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev reported on the situation in the capital and updated on the course of construction projects and realization of programme measures for the planning of the territories, modernization of engineering networks and road and transport system. The President gave specific instructions to the Hyakim for the provision of the quality of building and facilities, which are under construction in the capital and on completion of such works according to the schedule. Having focused on coming International Woman Day, the Head of the State requested to utilize municipal services for organization of celebration events timed to this holiday more actively. In addition, the President demanded to prepare thoroughly to nation-wide Saturday planting event, having made all necessary conditions for organized conduct of this ecological action. After, Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev reported on the situation in the region including on the works expanded in the fields, on preparation to the sowing of agricultural crops. Besides, the information on renovation of social and living infrastructure in the velayat and preparation to spring holidays have been reported as well. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov brought the attention of the Hyakim on the objectives and issues of the farmers who lay the foundation of the future rich harvest these days, having noted the necessity of additional fertilization of winter crops, thorough preparation to cotton and other crops sowing using advantageous weather conditions and speeding up the works. The Head of the State made instructions on the provision of high organizational level of the events dedicated to International Woman Day and Nowruz celebration, which have to reflect the traditions and customs of Turkmen nation. Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov reported on priority directions of the development of seaside region. Information on the preparation to summer season in Avaza National tourist zone has also been presented. Making orders on the improvement of the input of agricultural complex of the velayat to the provision of food abundance of the country, Turkmen leader highlighted the subject of the improvement of land fertility, efficient application of mineral fertilizers and rational water consumption. The President of Turkmenistan pointed out the necessity of permanent control of the quality of all agricultural works for good production output of various agricultural crops. At the same time, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said that it is necessary to hold the events dedicated to International Woman Day in the velayat on high organizational level. He also gave instructions on timely provision of the readiness of all facilities and infrastructural systems of AvazaNational tourist zone to summer season and mass flow of the tourists, both Turkmen citizens and foreign guests. Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev reported on the works in the region, agricultural activities including preparation to spring sowing as well as on the measures for the improvement of social environment and improvement of the life quality of rural residents. Having listened to the report, the President addressed the Hyakim with specific instructions on the work at the fields under winter crops, seasonal works according to agrotechnical standards including the cotton and other crops sowing. In addition, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that it is necessary to hold celebration events dedicated International Woman Day on high organizational level, having congratulated women and presented the gifts to them. The President ordered to organize mass participation of the citizens of the velayat in lanned nation-wide Saturday tree planting day. Vide conference was continued by the report of Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev who informed on the activity in the region as well as on the preparation to the sowing of agricultural crops. The Head of the State focused on the necessity of efficient use of good weather for seasonal agricultural works and cotton sowing. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested to hold celebrations on occasion of International Woman Day with presenting of the gifts to our women on high organizational level. Speaking of nation-wide greening campaign on March 21, the Head of the State gave instructions for proper organization of the care of young trees and their irrigation. After, Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in the region, agricultural works including the preparation to the sowing. He also informed on organization of the events timed to International Woman Day and coming events in the velayat. Having listened to the report, the Head of the State focused that responsible period – the cotton sowing, is starting from the second half of the months. Therefore, it is necessary to approach the solution of all issues related to the preparation to this important season on integrated basis. The President also gave instructions on celebration of the 8th of March and organization of honouring of women as well as on mass action for tree planting. After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Minister E. Orazgeldiyev reported on the outcomes of work in the branches under his supervision, on agricultural works and preparation to the spring sowing campaign. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that it is necessary to approach comprehensively to the objectives related to the improvement of the efficiency of the agriculture, introduction of advanced technologies and addressed the Vice-premier with number of specific assignments on provision of coordinated cooperation of related structures in this direction. Chairperson of the Mejlis A. Nurberdiyeva informed on the activity of the Parliament for further improvement of legislative system of the country. The President of Turkmenistan noted the importance of steadfast development of national legislative base and law-making activity taking into account modern elaities and priority directions of socially oriented Government policy. The Head of the State highlighted the necessity of further expansion of international cooperation and inter-Parliamentarian relations that support the exchange of the practice in law-making sphere, introduction of historical experience of Turkmenistan and its achievements on the way of development of democratic legal state to the world community. Summing up the session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished the particpants strong health and success in work.
