The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ministry of Motor Transport to conclude a contract with Weli Gurluşyk individual enterprise to design and build in Ashgabat, along the Ashgabat–Dashoguz highway, a training center, an integrated system of motor transport enterprises and association of driving schools with state-of-the-art equipment, and to improve the surrounding territory.

By Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Aydogdyyev, Maksat Toturbabayevich was relieved of his duties as Minister of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan on the grounds of ill health.

Given that during the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country on April 6, 2018, the President of Turkmenistan severely reprimanded the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan for failing to use the existing opportunities and the potential of the institution under his supervision, B.
