The conference “Turkmen Diplomacy: Serving to Solve International Issues” dedicated to the Day of Diplomatic Personnel of Turkmenistan took place at the Institute of International Relations.

Let me extend my congratulations on the start of the conference “Turkmen Diplomacy: Serving to Solve International Issues” and on the Day of Diplomatic Personnel of Turkmenistan, - the message of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed to the participants of the forum says.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the administration of Dashoguz Velayat is allowed entering into an agreement with Ajaýyp-Gurluşyk Private Company on project design and construction of multipurpose hospital for 450 patients and oncological clinic for 150 patients with planning of surrounding territory in Dashoguz.

For further development of the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Belarus, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, having approved the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen – Belarusian Commission for economic cooperation from Turkmen side.

For further development of trade and economic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, support of the expansion of beneficial contacts between Turkmen and Uzbek business circles as well as fulfilment of the provisions of the Agreement on Establishment of the Business Council between the Trade and Industry Chamber of Turkmenistan and the Trade and Industrial Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the proposal of the Trade and Industry Chamber of Turkmenistan on the composition of Turkmenistan – Uzbekistan Business Council from Turkmen side.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular digital video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current issues of the state life have been reviewed.

At the session of the Government on February 15, Vice-premier, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov informed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov about the preparation to official visit of President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani to Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the State Programme of development of national cost and regulation base and improvement of pricing system in construction in 2019 - 2025 and the Implementation Plan of the programme.

For prevention of diseases and development of cooperation with the UN Children Fund in vaccination sphere, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry to sign additional Agreement on the initiative on vaccine independence in Turkmenistan to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the UN Children Fund (UNICEF) on provision of procurement services.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution according to which four livestock complexes, which ae currently under construction in Ahal, Lebap and Mary Velayats, were transferred to the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs – the subcontractors of these facilities, as a private property.
