President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on the convincing victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that he headed at the general parliamentary elections. In his congratulatory address, the President of Turkmenistan expressed belief that the high level of bilateral relations would provide a solid foundation for the development of the Turkmen-Indian cooperation and the interstate relations on a wide spectrum of areas.
