In order to develop bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, to ensure efficient provision of consular services to the population as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Consular Offices of Turkmenistan abroad”, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, authorizing to open the Consulate-General of Turkmenistan in Kazan.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Industry and Communications jointly with the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations to hold the International conference of Ministers of Transport of developing states with no seaboard in March, 2020 at the high organizational level.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, approving the 2020-2022 Counter-Trafficking National Action Plan.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, approving the 2020-2024 National strategy to counter terrorism and prevent violent extremism.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, approving the 2020-2025 National strategy on early childhood development.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, approving the 2020-2025 Programme on foreign economic activity.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly with the Executive Office of the President of Turkmenistan to hold the International conference “Policy of Neutrality and its importance in ensuring international peace, security and sustainable development” at the high organizational level in Ashgabat on December 11-12, 2020.

In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On diplomatic service”, “On the status of the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad” as well as with the aim to improve the work of the diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign states, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution “On financial aspects of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan”.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to France, Djumaev Shohrat is appointed as the Representative of Turkmenistan at the International Exhibition Bureau.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held working session with participation of Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber G. Mushshikov. Condition of national economy as well as financial situation of certain ministries and department have been discussed at the meeting.
