President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov on the occasion of his 70th anniversary. The Turkmen leader underlined the high professionalism and solid political experience of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and expressed deep gratitude for his personal contribution to the development of constructive relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as the hope for further strengthening of bilateral cooperation, based on many years of tradition of mutual understanding and trust.
