On March 19, in accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, medical supplies and food products were sent from the Turkmen capital to Iran. The cargo were delivered to Khorasan Razavi province, where Governor of Dargaz Ali Farahi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Turkmenistan Gulam Abbas Arbab-Khales, the Head of the Health Care Department of the city of Dargaz, as well as the media gathered together. Accepting the humanitarian aid, the officials expressed sincere gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for this act of goodwill that once again has proved the triumph of the humane foreign policy pursued by the Turkmen leader. Turkmenistan was among the first countries to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of the neighboring state, which is a clear evidence of our country's continued commitment to the principles of good neighborliness and universal values.
