Ninth session of the Mejlis of the sixth convocation, at which number of new laws and regulatory and legal acts have been adopted, took place. Heads of some ministries and departments, representatives of mass media have been invited to participate in the session.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on dismissal of military personnel from the Armed Forces, other forces and military bodies and on regular recruitment to military service. The Order assigns the following:

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the Minister of Defence, Head of the State Border Guard Service, Minister of Interior, Minister of National Security, Head of Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Migration Service are assigned to dismiss military personnel who served time set by the law according to dismissal plans and to award best military personnel who distinguished themselves in military, social and humanitarian training.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current subjects of the state development have been discussed.

In order to ensure the further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Azerbaijani Intergovernmental commission for Turkmenistan. Vice Premier Chary Gylydjov is appointed as the Chairman of the Intergovernmental commission.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Health Care and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to conclude contract with foreign companies for the purchase of medical and technological equipment, spare parts for them, medical consumables and other materials for the International medical diagnostic centre, Ene Mähri International Centre.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing Ashgabat Khyakimlik to conclude contract with “Baýly-Gurluşyk” Individual Enterprise for the design and construction of the complex of buildings of the Civil Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan with the improvement of the adjacent territory.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made working trip to Lebap Velayat where inspected situation at construction sites of industrial facilities in the Amudarya Valley, progress of social and economic project in the east of the country.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Niyazly Niazliyev, the Chairman of the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa has been reprimanded for unsatisfactory performance of his duties and serious deficiencies admitted in his work with the last warning on correction of admitted deficiencies as soon as possible.
