President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting to consider the status of construction of facilities to be put into operation on occasion of the 25th anniversary of neutrality as well as the draft programme of architectural premiers for 2021, which marked by the 30th anniversary of independence. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed relevant officials to ensure strict control over the readiness of new facilities for commissioning, taking care of their appropriate design. Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Durdylyev, in charge of the construction and industrial complexes, reported on the preparation for the 25th anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan. The Vice Prime Minister reported on the progress, scale and pace of construction in the Turkmen capital and regions of the country. Underlining the scale of construction works, the President of Turkmenistan instructed the relevant officials to draft the plan for construction of social and cultural facilities that will be commissioned to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. Addressing a number of specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister in this regard, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that new buildings stood as visible symbols of success of the policy pursued by independent Turkmenistan, the main goal of which is caring for people, every family, and every citizen of the country. Executive Officer of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers H. Hajimyradov reported on the status of construction works. In particular, it was reported on the progress in equipping and decorating the Diwan Hotel in Ashgabat. It was also reported on the progress of the construction of the Arkadag Hotel. Commenting on the report, the President noted that the capital of Turkmenistan embodied the unique model of a modern, dynamically developing city. White-marble Ashgabat has become a symbol of the successes achieved in recent years in all spheres of the national economy. The President emphasized that all new facilities in the Turkmen capital should enhance its beauty and blend well with the architectural ensemble of the city. At the same time, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed the relevant officials to pay special attention to the interior design of buildings, including new hotels. Halls and hotel rooms should be decorated with original works created by Turkmen artists. Preference should be given to landscapes glorifying the wonderful Turkmen land, our amazing nature, national heritage, carpets, jewelry. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov dwelt upon the expressive look of the monumental composition ""Mahabat"", located at the intersection of S. Turkmenbashi and A. Niyazov avenues. The President of Turkmenistan focused on the need to improve adjacent territory and road transport system. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov once again specified the main tasks in relation to the architectural component of the festive events on the celebration of the upcoming significant dates in the life of the country and wished meeting participants success in solving them.
