To popularize the essence and substance of the ongoing reforms in the epoch of power and happiness, to publicize our independent country’s achievements and remarkable progress, and to improve the performance of newspaper and magazine editorial offices, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution authorizing:

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Annamuhammet Ilamanov was relieved of the post of Director General of the State Circus of Turkmenistan for health reasons.

In order to implement the plans envisaged in the Concept for the Development of the Electric Power Industry of Turkmenistan for 2013-2020 to increase the export of Turkmen electricity, as well as to continue cooperation between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in the electric power industry, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to sign contracts for the supply of electricity from Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

First of all, let me extend my gratitude to President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev for organization of current session. I would like to mention his big personal contribution to successful chairing of Uzbekistan in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2020.

The President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution authorizing Ashgabat City Khyakimlik to conclude a contract with ITS Investment & Trading Services AG (Swiss Confederation) for purchasing municipal machinery, spare parts, waste bins and containers. Under the terms and conditions of the contract they shall be supplied by August 2021.

By a Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Begli Hezretgulyevich Besherov has been relieved of the position of Director of Türkmen Owazy TV Channel of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan for serious shortcomings in his work.

On December 18, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has taken part in the session of the Council of the Heads of the States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which was held in video conference format.

On December 17, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers. Drafts of some documents have been reviewed and important issues of the state life have been discussed at the session.

The videoconference consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Belgium were held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country. Belgium delegation was headed by Director General in charge of Bilateral Affairs of the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs of Belgium at the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs of Belgium Anick Van Calster.

The ""Türkmenaragatnaşyk"" agency held a videoconference meeting with the representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Turkmenistan Christine Weigand to discuss the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of communication technologies.
