The Decree on the organized holding of the grain harvest in 2021

In order to ensure the winter crop harvesting campaign at the high organizational level, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, establishing the State Commission for the organized harvesting campaign in 2021, authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection ensure the proper maintenance of grain harvesters and their productive and uninterrupted operation during the harvesting season; the "Türkmenawtoulaglary" Agency to ensure transportation of winter crops to the receiving points, warehouses and elevators, as well as uninterrupted and efficient operation of vehicles; the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection is allowed to use vehicles of other ministries and sectoral departments, as well as privately owned vehicles when transporting wheat to the receiving points, warehouses and elevators on a contractual basis.
