In connection with the construction and commissioning of a complex of large modern facilities and buildings for social and industrial purposes in the context of the systematic development of the fields of architecture, industry and road construction of the country and in order to increase the resistance of buildings to the effects of natural disasters and in emergency situations, to prevent the occurrence of of similar situations, as well as the training of military specialists with higher education in the field of civil defense, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, prescribing to:

In order to further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of Ashgabat, create optimal conditions for living and recreation of the population in the Epoch of the Revival of a new era of powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ashgabat city administration to conclude relevant additional agreements to contracts for design and construction with landscaping of the adjacent territory 23 nine-story modern houses and a park in the metropolitan residential area Parahat-7, along with utilities and roads, concluded in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1203 “On the construction of modern residential buildings and a park in the city of Ashgabat” dated April 11, 2019.

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia Mashalov Muhammetnyyaz Badyevich simultaneously as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Cambodia (with residence in Kuala Lumpur).

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea Durdyev Begench Orazmyradovich simultaneously as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Singapore (with residence in Seoul).

Today, in accordance with the schedule approved by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on March 17, farmers of the Dashoguz velayat started sowing cotton. Today the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Turkmenistan Ismail Khaldi, who presented his credentials to the head of state.

In order to improve the provision of the country with workers with higher and secondary vocational education in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, to improve the recognition in Turkmenistan of documents on higher and secondary vocational education issued in foreign countries, as well as to fulfill the obligations arising from the Convention on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications on higher education in the European Region, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, according to which the Innovation and Information Centre of the Ministry of Education is designated as an institution authorized to carry out the functions of national information centres specified in the Convention on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications for Higher Education in the European Region.
