For the creation of modern, perfect works, artistically reflecting the significance of large-scale works successfully implemented in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the happy life of a united people, national traditions and customs, ancient values, unique cultural heritage, for successful performance at cultural events, festive celebrations, contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature and taking into account the proposals of the commission for the selection of winners of the competition, as well as in commemoration of the glorious 33rd anniversary of the sacred independence of the country, I decree:
In order to consistently develop the domestic education system and significantly strengthen its material and technical base in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as continue the construction of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced equipment in accordance with international standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the Lebap velayat hakimlik to conclude a contract with «Ussa Tirkeş» IE for the design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory of a comprehensive school for 400 students in the village of Bekaryk, Hojalyk gengeshlik, Charjev etrap, Lebap velayat.
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, as well as on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicts on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence», releasing the pardoned citizens of our country from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment, as well as from the additional punishment in the form of imposing the obligation to live in a certain area.
Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on commitment to generally recognized international norms for the protection of human rights and freedoms, taking into account the right of people to freely choose citizenship, and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Citizenship of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree «On Acceptance into Citizenship of Turkmenistan».
Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on commitment to generally recognized international norms for the protection of human rights and freedoms, and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Migration», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which a group of foreign citizens were granted permission to reside in our country.
In order to ensure the high-level holding of the international forum «The Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development», dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Turkmen classic poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi, in order to establish the relevant organizational work, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, according to which the State Organizing Committee for holding this international forum was created and its composition was approved.
In order to further develop the domestic education system and consistently strengthen its material and technical base, successfully solve the tasks defined in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, as well as enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the capital in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ashgabat city administration to conclude a contract with the IE «Derýa gurluşyk» for the design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory of a comprehensive school for 720 students in the capital's residential complex Parahat-7.
Guided by the age-old national traditions and customs, principles of friendship, brotherhood and good neighbourliness, in order to continue noble humanitarian activities, as well as to send humanitarian aid to the fraternal Afghan people on the 11th of September, 2024 in connection with the laying of a section of the Serhetabat-Herat gas pipeline on the Turkmen-Afghan border, called «Arkadagyň ak ýoly», power transmission lines, transport and communication lines, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order ordering the transfer of baby food, food products, wheat, urea, diesel fuel, gasoline and cement to the Afghan side at the expense of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
In order to create more favourable conditions for cultural recreation of the population and guests of our capital in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as to increase the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In accordance with the document, the Central Bank of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude a contract with the Turkish company «Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanaýi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi» for the design and construction of the Shopping Centre along A. Nyyazov Avenue in Ashgabat with excavation work on the site and improvement of the adjacent territory.
