Guided by the important features of the celebration of the 30^th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and 2025 - the «International Year of Peace and Trust», outlined at the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held in Ashgabat on the 24^th of September, 2024, and the tasks defined in this regard, taking into account that Turkmenistan, as a reliable participant in the international political space, implements an open, peaceful, positive foreign policy at the regional and international levels,

In order to ensure the harmonious and sustainable development of all systems of the city of Arkadag, regular provision of comfortable conditions for living, working, resting and further improving the social and living standards of the population, I decree:

In order to develop the domestic scientific sphere in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, conduct modern fundamental scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical research, introduce scientific achievements in the economic sectors, further expand the interaction of education, science, production and commerce in the field of promising industries, form a generation of young scientists with a broad outlook and innovative thinking, I decree:

Today's day of our native Fatherland, achieving gratifying results in all areas and worthily celebrating the 33^rd anniversary of its independence, is marked by great victories and glorious events.

In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, impressive results are achieved in all sectors of the economy of the sovereign Fatherland. Every day of our neutral state is marked by labour victories. Programs for the comprehensive development of the country are successfully implemented.

In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, our Fatherland is celebrating the 33^rd anniversary of sacred independence with great celebrations and remarkable successes. Over the past thirty-three years, large-scale projects equal to centuries have been implemented in our native Fatherland.

For the creation of modern, perfect works, artistically reflecting the significance of large-scale works successfully implemented in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the happy life of a united people, national traditions and customs, ancient values, unique cultural heritage, for successful performance at cultural events, festive celebrations, contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature and taking into account the proposals of the commission for the selection of winners of the competition, as well as in commemoration of the glorious 33rd anniversary of the sacred independence of the country, I decree:

In order to consistently develop the domestic education system and significantly strengthen its material and technical base in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as continue the construction of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced equipment in accordance with international standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the Lebap velayat hakimlik to conclude a contract with «Ussa Tirkeş» IE for the design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory of a comprehensive school for 400 students in the village of Bekaryk, Hojalyk gengeshlik, Charjev etrap, Lebap velayat. 

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, as well as on the occasion of the 33^rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicts on the occasion of the 33^rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence», releasing the pardoned citizens of our country from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment, as well as from the additional punishment in the form of imposing the obligation to live in a certain area.

Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on commitment to generally recognized international norms for the protection of human rights and freedoms, taking into account the right of people to freely choose citizenship, and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Citizenship of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree «On Acceptance into Citizenship of Turkmenistan».
