In order to successfully fulfill the tasks set before the domestic oil and gas industry, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Concern «Türkmennebit» to carry out the relevant work to further strengthen the material and technical base of the installation at the Seydi Oil Refinery.

In accordance with Article 71 of the Air Code, in order to plan and implement measures to ensure the country's aviation security, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the State Program for Ensuring Aviation Security of Civil Aviation of Turkmenistan.

Taking into account the great merits in the worthy glorification through modern songs and melodies of the works of the great thinker and classical poet of the East Magtymguly Fragi, his literary heritage and the beautiful epoch that the poet-philosopher dreamed of, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, and also on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi, I decree:

In order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and Japan and consistently increase cooperation between the countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Turkmen-Japanese Economic Committee from the Turkmen side.

For special merits in strengthening the bonds of friendship between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, developing national traditions and customs, strengthening the unity and cohesion of two fraternal peoples linked by relations of spiritual closeness, educating the younger generation, as well as taking into account the great personal contribution to the expansion of long-term cooperation between both states in the field of politics, economics, science, education and culture, to award the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Foreign Policy Issues Kamilov Abdulaziz Khafizovich the title of «Hormatly il ýaşulusy» of Turkmenistan.

Taking into account the merits in building up friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, studying, popularising and conveying to descendants the creative heritage of the classic poet of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi, as well as a great personal contribution to the rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Turkmen and Uzbek peoples,

Taking into account the merits in the implementation of program reforms in our country, bringing cultural and humanitarian ties with the states of the planet and international organisations to a new level, building bridges of peace, friendship and brotherhood between peoples, successfully promoting cultural diplomacy, integrating independent neutral Turkmenistan into a number of authoritative countries of the world, scientific substantiation and revival of spiritual and material values created and accumulated by the Turkmen people over the centuries,

In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as a result of the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag, large-scale measures are being taken to build up the political, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations of our country established with the countries of the world.

On awarding the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Gurbangulyyevich Berdimuhamedov the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan "Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna" and a set of commemorative badges.

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, and on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality», releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.
