In order to hold a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan in a solemn atmosphere and at a highly organised level on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:
To relieve Gurbangeldi Garlyyevich Garlyyev of his duties as Chairman of the State Corporation "Türkmengeologiýa" in connection with his transfer to another position.
To relieve Atageldi Ashyrovich Shamyradov of his duties as Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan due to serious shortcomings in his work.
To appoint Gurbanmyrat Shykhmyradovich Myradalyev as Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan with a six-month probationary period, relieving him of his duties as Deputy Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan.
To relieve Artykguly Hojageldiyevich Hojaberdiyev of his duties as Editor-in-Chief of the “Nesil” newspaper due to serious shortcomings in his work.
To appoint Hallygozel Hangeldiyevna Shanazarova as Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper “Nesil” with a probationary period of six months.
To relieve Durdy Meymanovich Genjiyev, Chairman of the State Committee of Water Sector of Turkmenistan, of his duties as hyakim of the Lebap velayat.
To appoint Hojamyrat Ashyrmyradov as hyakim of the Lebap velayat, relieving him of his duties as hyakim of the Balkan velayat.
To appoint Rovshen Velmyradovich Jumayev as hyakim of the Balkan velayat, relieving him of his duties as hyakim of the Ak Bugday Etrap of the Ahal velayat.
To appoint Ezizgeldi Meretgeldiyevich Ashyrov as hyakim of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat, relieving him of his duties as deputy hyakim of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat.
