In order to encourage the winners of the competitions organized in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state annually in April on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.
On the awarding of the honourary title «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy» on the occasion of the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse
In order to organise preparations for state events on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence and to hold them at a high level in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which a corresponding Organising Committee was created and its composition was approved.
By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, police lieutenant colonel Atayev Vepaly Durdymuhammedovich was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
In order to further enhance the world fame of our «paradise» horses, which are the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, and in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan №12657 «On holding competitions on the occasion of the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse» dated 16th of November, 2012, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.
In order to further strengthen the unity, harmony and cohesion of the native people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, careful attitude to centuries-old traditions and customs, preservation of our spiritual wealth, and also in accordance with Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:
In order to continue the reforms implemented in the agricultural sector of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, further increase the volume of agricultural products, as well as the production of high rice yields, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On rice production in 2025 in Turkmenistan». In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Association «Türkmengallaönümleri», the hakimliks of the Dashoguz and Lebap velayats were instructed to ensure the production of a high rice yield in the relevant etraps of these velayats by establishing production and crop rotation on a scientific basis in accordance with the requirements of agricultural technology.
In order to successfully implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, create favourable conditions for modern education and upbringing, develop the young generation into specialists with a broad outlook, understanding innovative technologies, as well as present laptops as gifts to students admitted to the first grade of comprehensive schools in the country in the 2025-2026 academic year, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.
To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Türkiye (Ankara) Ishangulyyev Mekan Annamuhammedovich as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, and also on the occasion of the sacred Gadyr Gijesi, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons in honour of the sacred Gadyr Gijesi», releasing those pardoned from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.
