Honouring the unparalleled heroism displayed on the battlefield by participants in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the exemplary dedication of the gray-haired mothers who worked in the rear during the war, taking into account their noble work in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, heroism, courage, strengthening the unity and cohesion of our people, their contribution to the successful implementation of the fundamental reforms carried out in the country, and also on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the Great Victory, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree instructing the hakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps to solemnly present cash and valuable gifts to war veterans on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan in honour of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
In order to consistently strengthen the economic potential of the country, increase wheat production as a source of prosperity for the people and guarantee food security, ensure efficient, loss-free harvesting and uninterrupted transportation of the grown wheat crop to warehouses and elevators, and ensure timely payments to grain producers in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution establishing a State Commission for the Organised Conduct of the Grain Harvest in 2026 and approving its composition.
In order to successfully implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, to create favourable conditions for modern education and upbringing, to develop the younger generation into broad-minded specialists who understand innovative technologies, and to present laptops as gifts to students admitted to the first grade of comprehensive secondary schools in the country in the 2026-2027 academic year, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to reward the winner of the competition for the title of «Ýylyň iň owadan ahalteke bedewi», organised in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state annually in April on the occasion of the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order.
To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) Bayramov Bayram Akmyradovich as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait.
To dismiss Chungayev Bayram Seylapberdiyevich from the post of hakim of the Bayramaly etrap of the Mary velayat in connection with his transfer to another job.
To dismiss Saryyev Magtymguly Saryyevich from the post of hakim of the Turkmengala etrap of the Mary velayat in connection with his retirement.
To appoint Gurbanov Azat Rejepmyradovich as the hakim of the Turkmengala etrap of the Mary velayat.
To appoint Poladov Merdan Bebitovich as the hakim of the Hojambaz etrap of the Lebap velayat.
By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Geldiyev Emirhan Orazmammedovich was relieved of his post as deputy hakim of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat.
