To dismiss Chungayev Bayram Seylapberdiyevich from the post of hakim of the Bayramaly etrap of the Mary velayat in connection with his transfer to another job.

To dismiss Saryyev Magtymguly Saryyevich from the post of hakim of the Turkmengala etrap of the Mary velayat in connection with his retirement.

To appoint Gurbanov Azat Rejepmyradovich as the hakim of the Turkmengala etrap of the Mary velayat.

To appoint Poladov Merdan Bebitovich as the hakim of the Hojambaz etrap of the Lebap velayat.

By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Geldiyev Emirhan Orazmammedovich was relieved of his post as deputy hakim of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat.
