In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in order to further strengthen economic potential of the country and modernise the cement plants of the Ministry of industry and construction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. The document requires strengthening the material and technical base of cement plants under jurisdiction of the ministry.
In order to significantly improve the national song and music art and enrich it with new vocal and pop works, glorify the grandiose transformations and the wonderful era being carried out in the country, identify young talented performers and encourage them in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as award young amateur singers who successfully performed and distinguished themselves with their original performance technique in a television competition «Ýaňlan, Diýarym!», Held as part of the competition for the award of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn Asyry» on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of the country celebrated in the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree according to which the following young performers were declared the winners of the teleconference and awarded the gold chain of the President of Turkmenistan:
In order to reward young performers who distinguished themselves with their talents at the competition «Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri», held this year, declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses», on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan»:
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States of America Aydogdyyev Esen Muhammedovich (Washington City) as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Canada.
In order to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted supply of electricity to the consumers of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In accordance with the document, the Ministry of energy is instructed to carry out appropriate work to strengthen the material and technical base of the State electric power corporation «Türkmenenergo».

In order to further develop the national art of bagshy and the musical art of the Turkmen people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, enrich it with new modern songs and musical works, popularise the great achievements of our country, the happy life of a united people, identify and stimulate talented young baghshy musicians, as well as reward the baghshy musicians who have particularly distinguished themselves in their performing skills and who successfully performed at the competition «Çalsana, bagşy»!, organised within the framework of the competition «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry», announced by the President of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan in the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.
